We contacted Sewer Master to conduct an assessment of our Sewer Lateral. Vincent was responsive to our inquiry and scheduled an appointment to come to our home. He arrived promptly at our appointment time, completed a thorough assessment and outlined our options. We are very satisfied with the work completed and the ease in which Sewer Master assisted us with obtaining our Sewer Lateral Certification. I highly recommend Sewer Master!

Vincent and his team came to my house first, did an evaluation of what needed to be done and gave me a quote. He went through it and explained everything that I would be paying for. When they came out to actually do the work they worked all day and kept us updated on the progress. All of it was finished in 2 day. I would highly recommend the services they offer.

Vincent and his team are awesome. I shopped around for a couple different quotes and Sewer Master came through with the lowest offer. Plus they were highly recommended so I decided to go with them for the replacement of my ancient sewer piper in the backyard. The pipe was destroyed by giant tree roots to the point that it was pretty much non-existent. Despite the giant mess of a pipe that was in my yard, when they were done they went above and beyond to try to make the disturbance to my yard as minimal as possible. Super super quick, super professional and you can tell they care about the long term results of their work.

Vincent and Sewer Master are expert, honest, and reliable. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation before providing an accurate estimate of the work needed. Other companies eyeballed it and could have cost us a whole lot more with unnecessary work. Vincent and Sewer Master completed everything as planned in less than a week, and we now have our EBMUD PSL Certificate before the deadline. Highly recommend going with Sewer Master and not bothering with other companies. Will happily use them again when needed, thank you Vincent!!

Vincent came out to inspect my home, and instead of trying to sell me services, he quickly pointed out that my sewage system was compliant. He didn't even charge for the inspection. He also helped me map out my sewage system. Vincent is an expert; he saved me $20 grand during a half hour visit to my property. If you need work done on your sewage system, definitely start with Sewer Master. I couldn't recommend his services more.

I recently used this company to service a 2"drain line that just kept backing up over the years and it recently got a lot worse. We had a plumbing company come out with a camera but their camera got stuck in the pipe because it wasn't long enough and couldn't tell us exactly what the problem was. We called Sewer Master and Vincent was very knowledgeable about our the problem we were having. He scheduled his team to check out line with a long camera. He definitely took more steps to locate the problem than the other company did. I was able to see clearly from camera the pipe was broken underground! Lucas, the foreman on the project was great to work with! He answered all my questions. His team got the job done in 2 days! They really know what they are doing and doing it right! There was no mess at all! The cost was reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. I would definitely recommend them!

I used Sewer Master to complete my PSL Sewer Lateral Compliance and had a very positive experience. Vincent, the owner, was friendly, responsive, and available to answer questions throughout the process. I really appreciated that whenever I called, he picked up and was willing to talk things through. The team at Sewer Master was professional and courteous, and they put in great effort over the past couple of days to complete the work. They even took the time to answer a few of my off-topic questions, which I found helpful and considerate. The compliance certificate was easily searchable on EBMUD shortly after the work was completed, which gave me confidence that everything had been processed efficiently with the city. Their pricing was very cost-effective compared to competitors.
